Mac Users: If you are using Mac OS X 10.1 you will be unable to download the Safari browser. You can only down load Safari if you have 10.2 or 10.3. However, we have tested our application with MAC: Internet Explorer 5.23.

Windows Users: Mozilla 0.9.3 will only use the Quicktime media player. The Microsoft Media Player will not work. Mozilla has noted this bug but has not introduced a fix for it.

High Speed Internet Issues: If you are new to DSL or Cable Modem and find our site to be slow it may not be our site, but rather your ISP. We have discovered that sometimes it takes up to 10 days of service before your DSL is running optimally.

AOL Issues: If you are a dial-up user using the AOL browser, you may want to consider using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox instead. Simply connect with AOL and minimize, then go to start, programs, Internet Explorer (or Mozilla Firefox).

Admin rights: If you are taking this course from work and cannot view or hear the movie files, it is possible your systems administrator has blocked this on the server via a firewall. You may need to talk to your systems administrator to make sure you have the abilty to use your work computer or consider using a computer from home, school, or library.
