I tried to play one of the Quicktime movies but I see a puzzle
piece. Why?
If you see a broken plug-in picture that indicates that QuickTime
software has not been installed properly. Follow these steps to help
identify and fix the problem.
Install QuickTime:
Make sure you have installed QuickTime. If you are unsure, install it
again. Get the QuickTime installer
here.
Install the QuickTime Plugin:
Check that the QuickTime Plugin is in the "Plug-ins" folder of the web
browser you are using. If not, copy it from the QuickTime folder
installed on your hard disk.
Check QuickTime Plugin version:
Verify that the QuickTime Plugin installed is version 5.0 or later. If
not, copy it from the QuickTime folder installed on your hard disk.
